Hi, my name is Ash Neece. I am a Dallas-born lighting designer, and I'm passionate about collaboration and working in other theatrical disciplines, such as scenic design and stage management. I enjoy working in many different departments because it gives me the opportunity to tell stories through design from different perspectives.

My most recent lighting design work at the Sargent Conservatory of Theater Arts at Webster University includes Romeo and Juliet, Rain and Zoe Save the World, and Silence. Additionally, I have worked professionally as an assistant lighting designer at By The Queen (Trinity Rep) and Clyde's (Alabama Shakespeare Festival). I'm Day Spring Arts and Education's 2023-2024 scenic designer. I've also designed sets at the Sargent Conservatory for Mud and The Spitfire Grill. My recent stage management work at the Sargent Conservatory includes Verdant Dance Concert (Production Stage Manager), The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Assistant Stage Manager), and Seminar (Assistant Stage Manager).

I am so grateful for the opportunities and productions I've worked on and am excited to see what new collaborations the future holds.
